Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing ClawdBot installation services from Alex Pavlov (operating at setup.alexdyn.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We offer ClawdBot installation and configuration services in two tiers:

• Basic (€190): ClawdBot installation, one messaging platform integration, 3 months VPS hosting, basic security setup, email support, delivery in 12-24 hours
• Premium (€390): All Basic features plus multi-agent setup, Tailscale networking, multiple platform integrations, 30-minute strategy call, priority support, delivery in 6-12 hours

A free DIY setup guide is also available without purchase.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are one-time payments. No recurring subscription fees apply unless you choose to continue VPS hosting after the included 3-month period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the setup for any reason, request a full refund within 7 days of service completion. No questions asked. Contact support@alexdyn.com to initiate a refund.

Service Delivery

We commit to delivering your ClawdBot installation within the specified timeframe (6-24 hours depending on tier). Delays may occur if you do not provide timely access to your VPS or necessary API keys. We will reach out within one hour of purchase to begin the setup process.

Support Period

All packages include 3 months of support. During this period, we will fix any issues with your ClawdBot installation at no extra cost. After 3 months, you may book paid maintenance sessions or manage the installation yourself.

VPS and Hosting

You must provide VPS access credentials for installation. We include 3 months of VPS hosting in both packages. After 3 months, you can either take over the VPS directly or continue with month-to-month hosting. VPS credentials are encrypted and deleted after setup completion.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information and VPS access
• Providing necessary API keys for integrations (Anthropic, Telegram, etc.)
• Complying with terms of service of third-party platforms (Anthropic, messaging platforms)
• Using ClawdBot in accordance with applicable laws
• Backing up your data after the support period ends

Limitations of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties beyond the 7-day refund guarantee. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions caused by third-party providers (VPS, Anthropic API, messaging platforms), or misuse of the installed software. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Intellectual Property

ClawdBot is open-source software. Our service provides installation and configuration expertise, not ownership of the software. You retain full ownership of your ClawdBot installation and all data processed through it.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. If you terminate within 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are provided. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
